• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express: Available by phone or in person at Petit Fleurs, or through our website.

Warranty

Our commitment to creating and delivering high quality edible flowers is your guarantee of satisfaction.  Despite all the care we have taken to ensure that our edible flowers arrive to you in perfect condition, some damage may inadvertently happen due to inconsistencies in shipping & handling.  Please review our policies regarding replacement items.

Returns, Replacements, Refunds

• Customers must obtain an authorization number for all returns.

• In addition, customer must pack product to be returned properly to prevent breakage, preferably packed in the same manner they were originally shipped.

• Returns will not be accepted if product is broken due to improper packaging by the customer. 

• Customers have the option of getting refunds or replacements for returns.

• Any product can only be returned within 30 days from ship date.

• In case of refunds, Petit Fleurs will mail a check to the customer within 5 days from receipt of returned items.

• Replacements will be shipped within 5 days from date Petit Fleurs is informed.

• No freight will be charged for replacements. This policy does not apply for orders with incomplete boxes or custom orders.

• A 15% restocking charge will be applied, if the return was not due to a mistake by Petit Fleurs

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. We only ask you to provide information that we need in order to register you for classes at Petit Fleurs, or to deliver products you have ordered.

We don’t share the information you have given us with any person or organization external to Petit Fleurs. We do not sell your name and/or personal information to anyone.
