Gumpaste Flowers are the main product line of Petit Fleurs. They are hand-crafted from a gum-like ingredient consisting mainly of egg white, gelatin, sugar and food color.  The gumpaste is rolled, cut, formed and colored to achieve the flower and leaf designs.  We have created all the following flowers using gumpaste:
